Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

Advances

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 June 2024, the balance owed by the directors was £36,721. During the year, £14,853 was advanced to the directors, and £36,721 was repaid by the directors leaving the balance owed by the directors of £14,853.

At 1 June 2023, the balance owed by the directors was £67,987. During the year, £42,716 was advanced to the directors, and £73,982 was repaid by the directors leaving the balance owed by the directors of £36,721.
