The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

2.2

Going concern

The company had net current liabilities. The directors and shareholders have confirmed that they have the ability and are willing to support the company so that the company will be able to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for at least 12 months from the date these accounts are approved. On this basis adopting the going concern concept is considered appropriate.

2.3

Turnover

The turnover shown in the Statement of Comprehensive Income represents rental income which is recognised on a receivable basis.
Rental income is recognised in the period the property is occupied.

2.4

Investment property

Investment property is carried at fair value determined annually and derived from the current market rents and investment property yields for comparable real estate, adjusted if necessary for any difference in the nature, location or condition of the specific asset. No depreciation is provided. Changes in fair value are recognised in the Statement of Comprehensive Income.

2.5

Basic financial instruments

The company only enters into transactions that result in basic financial instruments such as trade and other debtors, trade and other creditors, cash and cash equivalents and loans to or from related parties.
Trade and other debtors are recognised initially at the transaction price less attributable transaction costs. Trade and other creditors are recognised initially at transaction price plus attributable transaction costs. Subsequent to initial recognition they are measured at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment losses in the case of trade and other debtors. If the arrangement constitutes a financing transaction, for example if payment is deferred beyond normal business terms, then it is measured at the present value of future payments discounted at a market rate of interest.
