1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).
Turnover
Turnover represents money collected for service charges during the year.
Freehold property
The company purchased the freehold of 1-2 Dufferin Avenue, London EC1Y 8PQ on 30th June 2003 on behalf of leaseholders.The directors are of the opinion that the value of the freehold interest is greater than the book cost and that it was not necessary to charge any depreciation.
