Additional Disclosures
Prior Year Adjustment During the year ended 31 March 2025, the company identified an error in the prior year’s financial statements relating to dividends declared. Dividends were overstated by £1,000. Effect of the Correction The comparative figures for the year ended 31 March 2024 have been restated to correct this error. The impact on the prior year’s financial statements is the retained earning were understated by £1,000. There is no impact on the current year’s profit other than the correction of the opening retained earnings balance.
