Since the last reporting period, the organisation has not continued its full range of services due to a combination of factors, including health-related challenges and changes in project deliverables. While a small amount of personal and business mentoring continued, this was delivered at a significantly reduced level compared with previous years. During this time, the organisation provided limited sign-posting to relevant industry professionals, and mentees were supported by being directed to alternative services that could better meet their needs during the period of reduced activity. Plans for the Next Reporting Period The company intends to enter a period of dormancy for the upcoming reporting year. This will allow time for an internal review and restructuring process to determine how the service can be offered in a more focused, sustainable way and potentially from a new location. The aim is to refine the operational model so that future services can be delivered effectively and with clearer definition of scope and resources.
