Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the veteran/military bereaved families that contact us and fill in the appropriate form to register their details. The owner of the company has been had strong relationship with many of our veteran/military bereaved families for many years, and have listened to their stories and the lack of support they receive on occasions of remembrance. We haven't asked for any feed back on our service as we don't feel its right to asked the bereaved that kind of question, but from the feed back we receive when they receive gifts from their Facebook posts is very touching, the work we do is highly appreciated as we get told verbally when we meet them and via Facebook posts.
