Director's advances, credits and guarantees At the balance sheet date the directors were owed £17 by the company. Ceased to trade The company ceased to trade on 30 September 2025.
For the period ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
