CRAICNI: General Account of Activities CRAICNI is an award-winning social enterprise and registered Community Interest Company (CIC) established in May 2015 (Company Number NI631525). The organisation is dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity across communities in Northern Ireland, the wider island of Ireland, and Europe. Core Principles and Offerings: Mission & Vision: To "Cultivate Respect, Appreciate Inclusion Across Cultures" (CRAICNI) and promote a tolerant society via education and training. Unique Approach: Programs are designed and delivered by experienced practitioners from over 15 different cultural backgrounds, many of whom have first-hand experience of migration to Northern Ireland, ensuring an authentic understanding of cultural diversity. Service Delivery: Provides tailor-made learning experiences focused on integration, cohesion, and inclusive action. Geographic Reach & Partnerships: Operates locally in Northern Ireland and internationally, having led a European project with partners in Italy, Turkey, Greece, and Scotland. Staff and board members are based in locations including Denmark, France, India, and Hong Kong. Advocacy: Actively supports diversity initiatives, participates in policy development, and engages with forums such as the All-Island Women’s Forum and Shared Island DfA initiatives. Benefits to the Community: An Overview Training and Education Accreditation: Holds BS760005 Inclusion and Diversity Quality Assurance accreditation. DEI Training: Provided to Belfast Metropolitan Staff, UCD engineering students (undergraduate and Masters levels and staff and management at ICC, Ulster Hall and Waterfront Hall and Causeway Council for cultural competency training. Lifestyle Courses: Supported the work of “Wonder Bubble,’ to further inclusion and diversity through creativity. Educational Resources: Use of SLCIS report from the previous year to enhance training methods

The primary groups identified are the CRAICNI Board, Advisors, Training team, and Service Users. The company maintains consistent engagement with these groups through a series of regular meetings and interactions. Feedback loops are integral to quality assurance, with evaluation reports reviewed across all teams to inform future direction. Actionable steps derived from this input are significant: they drive the development of the following year's strategic planning and lead to tangible service enhancements, such as the new provision of online, hybrid, and in-person DEI training.
