| During the year, a loan of £1,351 (2024: £1,100) was made to the directors which was fully repaid within 1 month. No guarantees were made by the company on behalf of directors (2024: £0). |

| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in Scotland. Its registered office is Penny Lane, Strawberry Field Road, Westhill, Aberdeenshire, AB32 6BR. |
| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
