Kocha Mentors CIC run mentoring and volunteering services throughout the year which include: 1. Monthly virtual Kocha Connect calls which involves inviting a guest speaker to share advice, experiences to members of the community throughout the year. 2. Kocha also organised Bi-weekly Kocha Cafe events on Fridays which is a drop-in call for members of the community seeking support with career guidance, assistance with learning and to discuss relevant/latest topics in tech world which started in September. 3. Kocha has had one Data and AI cohort event to give mentees hands on experience in building an AI project. 4. Kocha also had two in person socials for community members to meet mentors, share experiences and build their network.
Kocha conducts surveys at the end of each event and program to get feedback from our stakeholders which includes mentees, mentors, sponsors and partners. We discussed this feedback internally and reach out to stakeholders for further clarification. We also improve our offerings based on the feedback.
