For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
During the year the Directors maintained loan accounts with the company. Total advances to the Directors of £80,172 were granted. Interest at a rate 2.25% per annum accounting to £1,649 was charged. Repayments were made of £80,447. At the year end amounts due to Onspot Surveys Limited by the Director of £1,897 were included in current assets. (2024 - £17 was owed to the Director and included in current liabilities)
