Financial assets are initially recognised at transaction price and subsequently measured at amortised cost, as they are held within a business model whose objective is to collect contractual cash flows consisting solely of payments of principal and interest.

Accruals
The director loan account represents amounts advanced to the Company by the director. The balance is unsecured, interest-free, and is repayable on when financially viable for the business.
Asset finance liabilities relate to hire purchase or finance lease facilities used to fund the acquisition of fixed assets. These liabilities are recognised at the present value of minimum lease payments and apportioned between capital and interest using the effective interest method.
The Company has not designated any financial instruments as measured at fair value through profit or loss.
