For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small companies regime and a copy of the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

The Director's loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 April 2024 the balance owed by the directors was £5,226. During the year £23,688 was advanced to the directors and £6,443 was repaid by the directors. At 31 March 2025 the balance owed by the directors was £22,471.

At 1 April 2023 the balance owed by the directors was £14,354. During the year £7,630 was advanced to the directors and £16,758 was repaid by the directors. At 31 March 2024 the balance owed by the directors was £5,226.
