• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

Advances

The joint Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances at the official HMRC rate.

At 1 September 2024, the balance owed by the directors was £55,041 . During the year, £173,492 was advanced to the directors, and £147,538 was repaid by the directors. At 31 August 2025, the balance owed by the directors was £80,995.

At 1 September 2023, the balance owed by the directors was £24,553 . During the year, £145,054 was advanced to the directors, and £114,566 was repaid by the directors. At 31 August 2024, the balance owed by the directors was £55,041.
