The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

8. Related Party Transactions

As at the year end, the company owed £2,800 (2024 £62,799) to City Brickwork (UK) Limited, a company in which N Natsell was a director and a company which NPH Holdings Ltd was a shareholder, this amount can be seen within other creditors.

As the year end the company was owed £10,000 from City Mastic & Fire Limited a company in which N Hatsell is a director and a company which NPH Holdings Limited is a shareholder, this amount can be seen in other debtors. NPH Holdings Ltd received £10,000 dividends from City Mastic & Fire Limited in the year.

9. Ultimate Controlling Party

The company's ultimate controlling party is N P Hatsell by virtue of his ownership of 51% of the issued share capital in the company.
