For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

At 01 April 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £14,709. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £79,718 and received repayments of £79,230 leaving a balance due from the directors of £15,197.

At 01 April 2023 the balance owed from the directors was £Nil. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £52,233 and received repayments of £37,524 leaving a balance due from the directors of £14,709.

The Directors loan accounts) are repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
