1. Employee numbers

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024: 1 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

During the year, the director operated a loan with the company at HM Revenue & Customs approved interest rate. As at 31 March 2025, the company owed the director £7,643 (31 March 2024 the company owed the director £1,898). This is the highest balance owed during the year. The company also operates a loan account with Mr I Mirza soletrade at HM Revenue & Customs approved interest rate. As at 31 March 2025, Mr I Mirza owed the company £65,227 (31 March 2024 : £18,686). The highest balance owed during the year was £117,080.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
