This year the company has been in continued negotiation with South Hams District Council in respect of establishing an agreed Heads of Terms (HoT) prior to agreeing a formal lease.
During this time the directors have continued to keep the various sporting organisations within Dartmouth informed of developments so as they are fully aware of the companies’ activities which will ultimately benefit the area. This has been achieved with both formal and informal meetings with the Dartmouth Sporting Association and Dartmouth Rugby Football Club.
No remuneration was received
