During the financial year, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: * TRAINING. EDUCATION. VOLUNTEERING. APPRENTICESHIPS. T/A TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC delivered structured wellbeing and fitness programmes, enabling individuals to improve their physical and mental health, increase confidence and adopt healthier lifestyle habits. * Group sessions and one-to-one support helped reduce social isolation by providing safe and supportive environments for individuals to engage, participate and build positive relationships. * Motivational talks were delivered within a university and a prison, raising awareness of community challenges, sharing lived experiences and encouraging individuals to explore opportunities for positive progression. * The company supported individuals to access employment opportunities and enrol in relevant training courses, enhancing skill development and improving long-term economic prospects. * TEVA assisted community members in obtaining essential identification documents, including passports and birth certificates, helping to remove key barriers to employment, education and access to statutory services. * A graduation event was held for participants completing the 20-week fitness programme. This celebration recognised the achievements of individuals, many of whom had limited previous engagement with structured activities and demonstrated significant personal growth. A high proportion of graduates committed to joining cohort 2, reflecting improved motivation, confidence and readiness for further development. * The company continued to deliver a tailored, person-centred service, ensuring that support remained responsive to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual. Through these activities, TRAINING. EDUCATION. VOLUNTEERING. APPRENTICESHIPS. T/A TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC contributed positively to the community by promoting wellbeing, reducing isolation and empowering individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds to progress towards stability, resilience and long-term personal development.
TRAINING. EDUCATION. VOLUNTEERING. APPRENTICESHIPS. T/A TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC undertakes regular consultation with its key stakeholders, including Support When It Matters CIC (SWIM), programme participants, TEVA staff, and the personal trainer responsible for delivering the fitness element of the service. We engage with SWIM on a monthly basis to review programme delivery, discuss progress, and reflect on both positive outcomes and emerging challenges. To maintain transparency and consistent communication, weekly reports are also submitted, enabling ongoing service improvement and effective alignment with commissioning expectations. Weekly interaction forms are completed with TEVA staff and service users. These forms allow us to track individual progression and provide a structured mechanism for participants to share feedback, raise any concerns, and suggest ways the programme can be enhanced. During the year, a graduation event was held for the 20-week fitness programme. This provided an opportunity for direct consultation with service users, allowing us to gather qualitative insights, celebrate achievements, and understand which aspects of the programme they found most impactful. Many individuals expressed a desire to continue into cohort 2, and this feedback has been instrumental in shaping forward planning. We also maintain regular communication with the personal trainer leading the fitness programme. Review meetings are held every six weeks to assess session delivery, discuss participant engagement, and identify opportunities to tailor or adapt the programme based on stakeholder needs and observations. Through these consultation processes, TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC gathers meaningful insights from all stakeholders, enabling continual refinement of programme delivery and ensuring that the support provided remains responsive, relevant and impactful for the communities we serve.
