3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
The total amount of guarantees not included on the balance sheet is £2,786,375 (2023: £2,822,375). The company has given an unmilimited guarantee in respect of bank loan and overdraft facilities made available to its wholly owned subsidiary Exepex Estates Limited. The bank indebtedness at 31 march 2024 amounted to £297,000 (2023: £333,000). In addition the company has given a guarantee in respect of mortgages advanced to Exepex Estates Limited. The amouunt guaranteed is £2,489,375 (2023: £2,489,375).

The company is the parent of a small group with all companies registered in England and Wales. The group is exempt from preparing consolidated accounts.
The parent company of the company is Solent Investment Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. This company also does not prepare consolidated accounts as it is exempt due to being a small group.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
