| BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
| The contributions due from the tenants of Flats 9 to 16 Fleetway Court under the terms of their leases are equal to the expenses incurred in the period, as shown in the profit and loss account. |
| The excess of contributions due, over contributions actually received by the company prior to the balance sheet date, are shown in the attached balance sheet as deferred income. |

| Income represents members contributions towards annual service charges. |
| TAXATION |
| The Company is run on a non-profit making basis and its activities are considered to constitute mutual trading. No liability to corporation tax arises and no provision for deferred taxation is necessary. |

| The Company's income is wholly derived from the owners of leasehold interests in the eight flats known as 9-16 Fleetway Court, each of whom holds one share in the company and two of whom act as directors. As at the Company's year end £3,886 (2024: £3,498) was owed to related parties. |
