| The company acts as the managing agent for the leaseholders and collects service charges for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the property. These service charge funds are held in trust for the leaseholders and are not the company’s income. In accordance with the directors’ decision, service charge transactions and balances have been included in these accounts for information purposes only and do not form part of the company’s distributable reserves. |
