2	Basis of Preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

3	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 0 (2023 - 0).

4	Transactions with directors

At 31 December 2024 an amount of £3,389 (2023: £35,068) was due from the directors. During the year there were advances of £10,847 and repayments of £42,541. Interest of £15 (2023: £770) is payable to the company at 2.25% pa. There are no agreed terms in place.

Statement of Financial Position as at 31 December 2024

For the financial year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and FRS 105 ‘The Financial Reporting Standard Applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
