| 9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| Impact SF Packaging Limited ("ISFP") has entered into transactions with two related parties, namely Impact Specialist Finance Limited ("ISF") and One Mortgage System Limited ("OMS"). The companies are related by nature of sharing substantial shareholders and Directors as registered at Companies' House. |
| ISFP has provided all facility management for ISF and has in return charged a management fee for those services. The fee was calculated at market rate and amounted to £ 130,000 ( £60,000 in 2024). ISF has been paying for these services on account and at the year end there is a balance of £163,129 owing to ISF shown in the accounts relating to these transactions ( £192,948 in 2024). For the coming year the directors expect ISF to continue to take on more of these costs directly. |
| ISFP also provides a loan facility to OMS. The facility is both interest free and unsecured, and the expectation is that it will be repaid once OMS generates sufficient funds. The balance owed to ISFP at the year end is unchanged at £ 20,646 ( 2024: £ 20,646). |
