2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company acts as trustee in respect of service charge monies collected from
leaseholders.
Service charge funds are held on trust for the benefit of the leaseholders and do not constitute income or reserves of the company.
Accordingly, cash balances relating to service charge funds are recognised as current assets with a corresponding liability to leaseholders.
