| Impact Specialist Finance Limited ("ISF")has entered into transactions with Impact SF Packaging Limited ("ISFP") . The companies are related by nature of sharing substantial shareholders and Directors as registered at Companies' House. |
| ISFP has provided all facility management for ISF and has in return charged a management fee for those services. The fee was calculated at market rate and amounted to £ 130,000 ( £ 60,000 in 2024). ISF has been paying for these services on account and at the year end there is a balance of £ 163,129 in ISF's favour shown in the accounts relating to these transactions ( £192,948 in 2024). The directors continue to expect ISF to take on more of these costs directly in the coming years. |
