Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mr S Tunstall, a director, totalling £3,232 (2024 - £8, 225). Repayments of £6,350 were made by 05 April 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 05 April 2025 was £2,501 (2024 - £5,619). During the year the company made advances to Mr D Taylor, a director, totalling £3,232 (2024 - £7, 899). Repayments of £6,350 were made by 05 April 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 05 April 2025, was £2,501 (2024 - £5,619). During the year the company made advances to Mr C Walker-Taylor, a director, totalling £2,501 (2024 - £nil). No repayments were made by 05 April 2025, and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 05 April 2025 was £2,501 (2024 - £nil). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2.25% per annum, loans are repayable on demand.
