The company had bank loans and overdrafts totaling £214,332 (2024 - £227,867) which are secured on a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the company.

At the reporting date the company had outstanding commitments for future minimum lease payments under noncancellable operating leases of £180,428 (2024: £224,737).
