The company has provided relevant sports related courses and pre-employment opportunities to support further education and career pathways for individuals from inner city backgrounds into various sports and teaching roles. The company engaged and supported 50 individuals' access to sports based, industry-led careers information and advice, skills training, coaching, and mentoring, pre-employment support, work experience placements and employment opportunities. During this financial year the company activities delivered included advice, support, and careers assistance, enabled access to employability, and job specific training through work placements, traineeships, and apprenticeships to many individuals from underrepresented cohorts in different communities with up to 80% completing and securing advanced volunteer and permanent roles within the sports industry.
