The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

The 1000 ordinary shares in Ribcraft limited UK have been transferred to Ribcraft Holding Limited on 02.12.2025, for the consideration of £1000.
