Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

East Marsh Involve CIC principle activity during the year was the maintenance and enhancement of the Buffalo Bill's Pocket Park. We have dramatically increased the biodiversity of the Park, introducing many new and varied plants. Numerous vegetables have also been grown and provided to the local community for free. The park and community have been maintained so the community can enjoy a cleaner local environment. Activities and events for the community have been provided which has improved mental health and well being of the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

East March Involve CIC's stakeholders are the residents of the East Marsh Ward, we consult with the every month at our Forum Meetings, talk to them about our plans and ask them what they would like to see us doing across the East Marsh.
