The company had ran a programme called trauma to triumph we ran it once a week for 12 weeks supporting mothers where they was able to explore the transformative journey from trauma to triumph. Through exploring ideas and strategies we gave them the tools they need to overcome traumas they have faced in life. This helped them build resilience, unlock there potential and foster a more positive mindset. We was also able to help families with food cost, school uniform and other clothing support as well as helping people who was alone at Christmas providing a meal for them
