This report covers the financial year from September 2024 to August 2025. During this period, Flamenco Hub CIC, now operating as Fin de Fiesta, delivered a programme of artistic, educational and community focused activity designed to support and develop London’s flamenco community. Our activities supported dancers, musicians, learners and audiences at all levels. We provided accessible opportunities for learning, performance and professional development while encouraging cultural exchange between the UK and Spain. Our work prioritised inclusion, participation and community connection. Fin de Fiesta operates primarily in London and serves a diverse community of participants from the UK, Spain, Latin America, South Asia, Eastern Europe and North Africa. By hosting events across multiple London locations, including Croydon, Angel and Hackney Wick, we engaged a wide cross section of the local population, including people who may not otherwise encounter flamenco. During the year we delivered open mics, concerts, workshops and community jams. These activities provided safe and welcoming spaces for creative expression, social connection and skills development for both amateur and professional artists. Income during the year was generated through workshops, performances, studio hire and production services. All trading activity was carried out to support our community purpose. Any surplus generated was reinvested into free or low cost events, affordable workshops and professional opportunities for artists. We worked in collaboration with other cultural organisations to provide production, marketing and event management support. These partnerships helped increase access to flamenco, develop audiences and support artists working in the sector. Community accountability is central to our work. We actively seek feedback through informal discussion and online community groups, and this input directly informs our programming decisions, including event formats, workshop themes and visiting artists. Through these activities, Fin de Fiesta has contributed to cultural education, artistic development and social cohesion, strengthening London’s flamenco community in line with our Community Interest Statement.
