1.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements
|
The financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025 covers an 15-month period, which is a change from the previous financial year. The comparative period presented, for the year ended 31 December 2023, covered a 4-month period.

Exemption from preparing consolidated financial statements
|
The Company is exempt from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements as all of its subsidiaries are required to be excluded from consolidation by section 402 of the Companies Act 2006.
