Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to
Mr K M Schwab
, a director, totalling £37,103. Repayments of £35,573 were made by 31 May 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the period end, 31 March 2025, was £1,530.
Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2.25% per annum, loans are repayable on demand.
