During the financial year the company did not generate income. Activity focused on voluntary community delivery, relationship building, and organisational development. Rugby Rockstars CIC delivered volunteer-led sports and mentoring activities, providing accessible opportunities for young people and gaining valuable delivery experience to support future funded programmes.
Has there been a consultation with stakeholders? Yes. During the financial year, Rugby Rockstars CIC engaged in informal consultation with key stakeholders as part of its volunteer-led delivery. Stakeholders consulted included: Young people participating in activities Parents and carers Volunteer coaches Local rugby clubs and community contacts How consultation took place: Informal discussions with parents and young people before and after sessions Ongoing conversations with volunteers during delivery and planning Feedback gathered through observation and discussion during sessions Actions taken in response to feedback: Session structures were adapted to better suit different age groups and abilities Emphasis was placed on inclusive participation rather than competition Delivery times and formats were adjusted to improve accessibility for families Additional focus was placed on enjoyment, confidence-building, and teamwork This consultation helped shape the organisation’s delivery approach and ensured activities were responsive to community need.
