Investment Property

On 27 March 2025, the company acquired a freehold investment property for a consideration of
£1,077,691. The property is held to earn rental income and/or for capital appreciation and is accounted
for at cost less depreciation and impairment in accordance with FRS 105.
As the property was purchased a few days before the year end, no depreciation charge has been
recognised in the current financial year. There were no indicators of impairment at the reporting date.
