1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 4 (2024: 3 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

The directors loan account during the year was as follows Opening Balance (46,548) Movement 9,745 ----------- Closing Balance (36,803) ======= The maximum balance outstanding during the year was £46,548, interest is charged on the loan.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
