| Going concern | ||||||||
| At the year end the company has net assets of £4,490 (2024: £7,289 liabilities) which includes a loan due to its parent company, Stampflat Limited, of £210,154. This loan was provided to allow the company to acquire a commercial rental property from which it will derive revenue. The parent company has confirmed it will not seek repayment of the loan for at least 12 months. This financial support means that the directors are confident that the company has sufficient resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts.
