| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |

| Hire purchase and leasing commitments |

| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |
| Going concern |
| The directors have assessed the Company's ability to meet the day to day working capital requirements for a period of not less than 12 months, as a result of the directors assessment the Company is considered a going concern and the accounts have been prepared on this basis. |
