Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents amounts receivable for rent and service charges for the year. |

Investment property |
|
Investment property is included at fair value. Gains are recognised in the income statement. Deferred taxation is provided on these gains at the rate expected to apply when the property is sold. |

|
Deferred taxation is provided on the liability method to take account of timing differences between the treatment of certain items for accounts purposes and their treatment for tax purposes. Related party transactions |

a. At the balance sheet date the company owed the director an amount of £319,170 (2024- £302,370). All balances attract a nil rate of interest and are repayable on demand. |

b. Included in the other creditors at the balance sheet date is an amount of £275,000 (2024- £275,000) payable to Mrs Goyal Snr, mother of the director, in respect of transfer of a property to the company in March 2023. |
