COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

HOPE4 CIC

Company Number: 13115805 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 January 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Hope4 CIC operated for the benefit of vulnerable and disadvantaged communities, both in the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on poverty relief, humanitarian aid, and community resilience. The company supported individuals and families affected by extreme poverty, displacement, and social exclusion through the provision of essential aid including food, clothing, heating support, and basic necessities. This included ongoing support for refugees and internally displaced people impacted by the war in Ukraine, as well as vulnerable communities in Moldova and South Africa. Hope4 CIC also worked in partnership with schools, community organisations, and local authorities to support children and young people through education and sport-based initiatives. These programmes promoted wellbeing, confidence, inclusion, and positive life opportunities, particularly for children from low-income or at-risk backgrounds. In addition, the company played a role in facilitating the redistribution of surplus goods donated by corporate partners, ensuring that high-quality clothing and essential items were delivered directly to those in need in a dignified and efficient manner. Throughout the year, Hope4 CIC operated with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring that resources were used effectively to maximise community benefit. The company’s activities contributed to improved wellbeing, reduced hardship, and increased access to opportunity for thousands of beneficiaries. All activities undertaken during the year were aligned with the company’s community interest purpose and delivered without private benefit to directors or members.
