Transactions with related parties
At the balance sheet date, the company owed £32,477 (£25,335 - 2024) to its parent company, Habibo Homes Ltd. Browel Property Ltd, a company with common directors, was owed by the company £736 (£736 - 2024), The company was also owed £183,577 (£172,933 - 2024) to a fellow subsidiary, Habibo Developments Ltd. Interest was accrued on this amount of £36,589 during the year, which is included in the above balance.
