  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    The Company is currently involved in a contractual dispute with Amicorp International Ltd, the provider of Corporate Secretarial Services. The dispute arises from a claim made by the Company against Amicorp International Ltd regarding alleged breach of contract and unreasonable invoice costs. Costs amounting to £6,447.67 has not been reported in the financial statements. The case is currently being disputed, and the outcome is uncertain at this stage.
    The potential financial impact of this dispute, be between £5,000 and £10,000. This estimate is based on the claims made by Amicorp International Ltd.
    There are significant uncertainties regarding the timing and amount of any potential outflow related to this dispute. The final amount could differ from the estimate provided.
