3	Directors advances, credits and guarantees

During the year ended 31 March 2025 the company advanced unsecured loans amounting to £100 (2024 - £4,000) to the directors of the company. The loans were interest free and had no fixed repayment date. The company received repayments of £1,725 (2024 - £2,375).

For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
