Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2024: 0).

MAPLE HOUSE (HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) MANAGEMENT LIMITED (13962963) is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is C/O Neil Douglas Block Management Limited, Porland House, Westfield Road, Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9GU, England.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
