The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the year end, the director’s loan account balance was £0. During the financial year, the maximum overdrawn balance on the director’s loan account was £20,067.70, representing amounts withdrawn by the director in excess of funds introduced. The company will continue to monitor future withdrawals to ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 (s.455) and to ensure that any overdrawn balances are repaid within the required time limits or treated appropriately for tax purposes. No interest has been charged on the account unless otherwise stated.
