1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period company made an advance of £6053.98 to a director of the company Sonia Loboda, to provide advance funds for expences she was excpecting to incur. The advance will be balanced over the next period before 31/07/2025.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2023: 0).
For the year ending 31 October 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
