1. General Information
Coffee Conjo Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in Northern Ireland, registered number NI658773 . The registered office is 59 Bluestone Road, Lurgan, Craigavon, Northern Ireland, BT66 8RX.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the company’s financial position and consider this basis appropriate, noting that the company remains reliant on their continued financial support. The directors confirm that they intend to provide such support as necessary to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts.
