Designated members

Members' drawings and the subscription and repayment of members' capital
Drawings on Account of Profit: The members are entitled to draw monthly on account of their expected profit share, with the specific sums to be mutually agreed upon and reviewed periodically by the designated members. These drawings are considered payments on account and do not affect the final profit calculations until the end of the financial year.
Division of Profit: At the end of the financial year, actual profits will be reconciled against the total drawings taken. The remaining profit, if any, will be allocated to each member's capital or current account in accordance with their agreed profit-sharing ratio (which may be based on factors such as capital contribution, performance, or a fixed share formula).
Cash Flow and Business Requirements: The LLP retains the discretion to limit drawings if the cash requirements of the business, such as funding equipment purchases or loan repayments, compete with the need to distribute cash to members.
